Off and runnin!

One has to wonder.
In a world where we can put men on the Moon, fly a plane to space and back why is it that we can't all get along? This world is so screwed up. We hold people to a higher power then we ourselves are prepared to be held to. So as I travel to that proverbial "edge" and wonder if I should just jump off it will be great to see what other people think. I usually reserve this for the local opinion page. Hey, but what the hell, let's see what the world thinks.


So here we are, 2006!
In the words of my compatriot, Woo Hoo! Yes, what exactly has changed?

Let’s just do an around the globe check!

Are we still in Afghanistan? Ah yep!

Are we still in Iraq? Ah yep again!

Has anything much changed in Washington? Sadly nope!
……but we did get new Mayors in Economy and Pittsburgh! Both Democrats!

We still have global warming but hybrid cars are catching on.

So what it all comes down to is we’ve met the status quo!
Big question is what are we going to do about it?

If we depend on Washington or London (our only true ally) to fix things George and Tony will give us more of the same.
